Cameras at stoplights can help show exactly who was responsible for a wreck. In a recent case, our firm was able to get a copy of the red light camera footage, which helped us prove exactly who caused the wreck.

A cases value will greatly depend upon whether the Plaintiff is a good person, who the jury and/or insurance adjuster will like and care about. If you do not like the Plaintiff during your initial meeting, you should strongly consider staying away from the case.
